THE WHY
animalKin is a sanctuary — not a clinic. No medicine here. No procedures. No scrubs.
This is where we hold space for animal kin and their guardians through the parts that medicine doesn't touch: the energy, the honoring, the grief, the threshold.
Some kin arrive here in transition. Some arrive after. Some arrive with a healthy animal and just need to be witnessed in the bond. All are welcome.
We do not heal. We hold space for healing to happen.
HOW WE HOLD
Five practices. None of them are clinical. All of them are care.
Direct material support for guardians in financial need — euthanasia costs, hospice supplies, comfort care, memorial honors. Named for Flower.
Reiki, presence work, attuned witnessing for animals in transition or recovery. Offered in-home, mobile, or remotely.
End-of-life ceremonies. Naming ceremonies. Anniversary honorings. The ways grief becomes ritual instead of silence.
For the humans. One-on-one and small group. Pet loss is not "just a pet." We treat it like the loss it is.
Memorial space for animal kin who have crossed. Names held. Stories remembered. Always open to add yours.

When the cost of love is more than a guardian can carry — the Fund steps in.
The Flower Fund covers what insurance won't: at-home euthanasia, hospice supplies, comfort medication, transport, memorial care, and grief support for the guardian left behind.
Sliding-scale by default. No application gauntlet. No proving worthiness. Kin recognize kin.
