THE WHY
OrganixCodex is the doorway to the depth that holds the rest. The Organix Codex Trust is a 144-year irrevocable living trust filed under a Blood Moon Eclipse on March 3, 2026. It is the legal backbone of the ecosystem — built to outlast its founders.
Three entities form the architecture: the Codex Trust, Rebel Raccoon Holdings (the for-profit consulting arm), and Yellowhorn Falls (the New Mexico nonprofit). Three legal structures. One cooperative organism.

We do not extract value from people, land, animals, or labor without honoring what is given. Every flow has an equal counter-flow. Every gift is recognized as gift.
Roles, yes. Rank, no. Decision-making is distributed by competence and context, not by title. The matriarchs hold the long arc. Everyone holds their piece.
We move what we have to where it is needed. Money is one of many currencies. Time, attention, skill, presence, kinship — all count. The 60/40 covenant is the gift made structural.
